About us
Our story begins in 1992, when Studio Tecnico Roveda was founded, an associated entity taking its first steps in the field of public works and residential settlements. In those early years, we built solid expertise in civil design, gaining experience and establishing trusted relationships with public authorities and private clients.
From 1998 onward, we decided to expand our scope, focusing on the commercial sector and starting study and consultancy activities for the design of new structures.
This journey led us to participate in a pioneering project: the creation of the first “Designer Outlet” in Italy, located in Serravalle Scrivia (AL), inaugurated in 2000 with a covered area of 45,000 square meters. It was a significant experience that marked a turning point in our professional development.
In 2000, following the growth of our team and the consolidation of our skills, we took an important step by becoming a limited liability company and moving our operational headquarters to Arquata Scrivia (AL). In the following years, we played leading roles in various fields of integrated design, with a particular focus on managing the complex authorization procedures for the construction of large retail structures. In this context, we operated in key roles such as designers, project managers, architects, and designers.
Today, after more than thirty years of activity, we are among the most versatile companies in the engineering sector. We offer a wide range of technical and design services, guaranteeing a multidisciplinary approach, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to meet the needs of public and private clients with tailor-made solutions.
