Enhancement and restoration of the listed building, former headquarters of the “S.I.T. – Società Ippica Torinese,” designed in the early 1960s by architects Gabetti and Isola, located within the “I Viali” shopping center. The project will include the establishment of an Australian-designed recreational and sports facility, unique in Italy, spanning approximately 4,000 square meters. The facility features trampolines, climbing walls, parkour courses, and physical skill attractions, along with a food and beverage service.
