This project, which includes edutainment and residential functions, was built in an area that may look homogeneous, but actually consists of a series of zones with even, flowing landscapes that are all very different to each other. Over the years the territory has changed enormously and is now layered with diverse architectural and natural elements, like the historic constructions that have been built here over the years.
