The Showfood is located in the new Food Court of Serravalle Retail Park, completing a rich offering; it is an open space inspired by the “market-restaurant” concept, where the idea of transparency is revealed to customers with simplicity and immediacy. Starting from the two work islands, surrounded by seating areas to maintain direct contact between customers and kitchen staff, continuing with refrigerated display cases that openly showcase products destined for cooking, and a richly stocked wine cellar.
